Cross CountryNormally 2 or 3 hours of racing on open and flowing 15 to 20Km course. The start is a mass start by class with dead engines and hands on helmet. Classes are set off at 15 second intervals. SprintBased on the special test portion of an enduro, a course is set using both motocross and enduro style obstacles. Riders are started individually, 10-20 seconds apart and are timed to 1/10th of a second. Normally there are 5 heats during the day, giving plenty of time to watch the fast guys or just bench race with your mates.
